Son of a Pizza Mom with over 30 years’ experience, Chadwick was born into the world of pizza. It’s a part of his DNA. With his entrepreneurial spirit and pizza restaurants being a second home, he was able to reinvent the classics he was raised on: using age old dough techniques and only the best quality, nutrient rich grains. But the entrepreneur needed a true master to bring the pizza to new heights. And by a stroke of luck entered Chris Ansari, a passionate Chef we like to call an artist with 15 years of experience working under renowned Chefs in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, propelled Two Doughs pizza to a true culinary art experience. Combining their expertise, they found the perfect way to share their passion for pizza and parties. Offering some of the tastiest pizza catering Los Angeles natives can find, now, the restaurant comes to you.
Two Doughs promises you the highest quality ingredients from start to finish. Our all-organic flour recipe begins with our mother dough, fermented wild yeast starter we have cultivated and nurtured for over 5 years. Then we add ingredients like passion and time to create a natural dough, the way nature intended us to consume it. By cutting from our mother dough we create our sourdough Neapolitan crust full of impactful flavor, nutrient rich and more easily digested pizza crust. Or, you can dive into the decadent and mouth watering thick Sicilian-style dough that even Grandma would call squisita (delicious)!
